An initial assessment allows group members, leaders and other partners to identify and analyze strengths and specific challenges in their business or group dynamics. Depending upon the climate and circumstances, this assessment may take place through individual interviews or in facilitated group conversations. Based upon the outcome of this assessment and an understanding of group development tasks, the consultant will design and facilitate a process to address the group’s needs.
